[T3] passenger mirror install.

<x-flowed>this recent disscusion about mirrors, made me want to got put the mirrors i 
picked up in parma on my car. well, i noticed that the threaded insert is 
attached to the inner side of the door (welded?) that holds the mirror on. 
this makes it real easy to install, but i also picked up a pass side mirror 
that is identical, but my 1970 fasty has no pass side mirror. i know that 
volkswagen liked to make all their cars similar, so might the threaded 
insert be in there but the hole was never stamped? i was under the 
impression that the squares of the same year had both mirrors. has anyone 
ever noticed it there, or maybe put in a pass mirror when there was'nt one 
originally there? i do have a large nut that might work, but if the insert 
is not there, i may just not install it.
