<x-charset iso-8859-1>Of course, I have a problem buying from them just because they cannot seem to spell "replacement". (As tech writer, this is unacceptable) I also have a BIG problem with an established business using Ebarf as an advertising mechanism. I know that it is accepted by Ebarf, but I don't like it. It places ISP lower on the rung of businesses as a result of this practice. "VW TYPE 3 SQUAREBACK REPLACMENT MIRRORS 68-73" sheesh! The arrogance showed towards T3 owners drops them further down the ladder. Keep this up and they will stand shoulder to shoulder with GEX on the dung heap of vendors. In a slight defense, they claim they are replacement mirrors, not OEM, not stock, not original style, just replacement. I can replace my mirrors with mirrors from a Freightliner, and they would still fit into the category of "replacement". Maybe we can buy their products with Monopoly money, as they probably can't tell the difference between real and replacement money anyway, they are just resellers, what do they know. Jeff '67 Sqbk -----Original Message----- Jim wrote ISP and got this response: > I do not feel they are falsely > advertised nor do I think the average type 3 owner knows what they have on > the car or what they may be missing from an original mirror standpoint Ben replied: I think some more people should send them an email just so they know that the 'average type 3 owner' does know what is on their car. ------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <type3-off@vwtype3.org> For more help, see http://vwtype3.org/list/ </x-charset>
