I've seen it in person and know one of the previous owners. It was an automotive school's class project teaching coach-building.

It has a Ghia's backwindow for a front glass and a lot of Ghia parts as well as a lot of other make's parts.

I hope Everett realizes that the Samba is promoting false stories around the internet.
