This is one for the FAQ files, if there were such a thing...

I think this applies to all years:  The fan pulley diameter is about 8-5/32
inches.  This works out to .071"/deg (1.8mm/deg) along the circumference.  Use
this relationship to find whatever degree you want around the pulley.  If you
want 28 degrees, measure out 2" from the TDC mark and put a dab of white paint
there (Liquid Paper is handy) so you can see it under the strobe.
