Re: The Crystal Lake, IL Vintage VW show This Sunday 9 - 3pm. Then a T-3 Caravan around 2:30 to my house in Fox River Grove for parts/story swap, everyone is welcome. Attendance now confirms 3 T-3's, maybe more. Let me know if you can make it, if you haven't already. By the way, the car I am bringing is not a show winner, (it is actually showing its rusty fenders now pretty good. But 5 of the 6 that came last year weren't either (no offense). We still had a great reaction with all the attendees who had never seen a Notch or fastback before, much less 6 of them! This is an informal, family fun show. I will have my 10 x 10 pop-up for shade and a portable radio for Bears football update's, so bring some chairs. T-3 parts at the swap last year were typical mid-west, pretty slim. If you need something in particular just ask, knowing those that have confimed I am pretty sure I can be brought!
