As it's never done this before, I guessing that the problem is not adjustment, but a piece of dirt or something that's wobbling about and blocking something as I go uphill. In any case, the only way to be sure is to clean out the whole fuel system (which I need to do anyway) and then see what it's like. Presumably the problem would be in one carb, rather than both. If one carb was suddenly completely blocked, what symptoms would I expect to see?
