Re: [T3] is this common???

You should be able to find a transport company to bring it out to San
Diego. My cousin just had a truck shipped to San Francisco from VA,
and it was only 900 bucks. When you figure up time and gas, sometimes
it's worth it to ship the vehicle. I'm keeping an eye out for a rust
free chassis to send my dad, as IMHO it'd be cheaper to fix up than his
70 or 66 as he wouldn't have to replaced body panels, just clean it up
and paint it.

The idea that Bill Gates has appeared like a knight in shining armour to
lead all customers out of a mire of technological chaos neatly ignores
the
fact that it was he who, by peddling second-rate technology, led them
into
it in the first place. - Douglas Adams in Guardian, 25-Aug-95
