I am working on something here (getting it 'web ready') that should help you calibrate your tach. Basically it is a .wav file that I used to cal my T3 clock-to-tach conversion. Unless you have access to a real waveform generator, it is the way to go. I'll try to post a link with files and instructions later tonight.
