there is a threaded hole in each manifold, what is it for? there came

the kit (1) alan set screw that seems to fit this hole but there is
only 1.
the two carbs are the same, not right and left, is this correct? so
that
one is mounted opposite orientation as the other?
there is a hose (nipple?) toward the bottom of the carb that looks
like a
vacuum hose connection, is this for a balance tube? it came with a
hose
that seems to be the right width to connect these?

Brian Fye probably would be better source of knowledge, but how large
is the threaded port in the manifold? It could be balance tube port
or... NOS injection port...hehehe ;) Do not use this port for
distributor vacuum advance!!
The nipple towards the bottom of the carb may be in the correct
position to be "ported vacuum", which (if it is) would be the source
for your vacuum advance.
I am not familiar with ICTs yet, but I am going to look at a friends
square this weekend with these carbs on it.
I am sure someone else has done this swap and is more knowledgeable.
