	I bet that more than 99% of Type IIIs are running around without
the little rubber plug that's supposed to go in the timing viewing hole. 
Nobody seems to worry about this.  What, then, is the big deal if you have
a couple of similarly-sized holes for an additional belt to pass through? 
Heck, plug up your timing hole at the same time, and there would be little
net difference. 

	I like the idea of the cooling system being all sealed up, of
course.  However, Conventional Wisdom (heh) doesn't seem to care one whit
about a hole if you call it a timing hole, but folks get all freaked out
if you say that a hole or two is for an air conditioner...
