A few possiblities: The new calipers are not machined accurately and the piston bores are not perpendicular to the rotors. Of course it is possible that your steering knuckle is bent, but that would have shown up with the previous pads. There's something wrong with the way the cutouts and alignment plates are installed IF these calipers even have them. If these calipers have that hardware, then it is possible that you have the calipers installed on the wrong sides of the car. (The cutouts should be oriented toward the bottom from of each of your pistons, IF your pistons have them.
