	I'll chime in on this, too -- but you'd better pull off the 
fan housing and have a look.  The bolt that backed out on mine 
completely ground away the inner front fan blade mounting tabs in a 
full circle around the entire fan within 100-150miles.  Eventually I 
suspect that it would have machined a completely cut out circle in 
the front (front is front) fan face and caused the whole fan to fall 
apart.

	Don't just replace the bolt.  Do as Jim Adney advised me -- 
tap the hole deeper, get a longer screw, and use some loctite.
