You're probably seeing this with the tranny in Neutral and the clutch 
engaged, so it really isn't saying anything about the clutch cable adjustment.

A certain amount of drag, just from the viscosity of the gear oil in the tranny 
makes this always happen. If you apply the brakes the wheels should stop 
without dragging down the engine noticably.
