I think you could get a factory tour, and watch cars like yours being made, but your car would most likely be somewhere else at that moment. IIRC, the place where you actually picked up your car wasn't even in the same city as the factory since they left the factory in the same condition as they would have to be shipped to the US. For tourist pickup, they had to go somewhere equivalent to a dealer, for final assembly, tuneup and testing.
