[T3] Drivers inner tie rod problem.

Hey All,
Ok, I am almost done with my front suspension.  I am in need of a couple of
parts.  First, I need to know if anyone has a good Driver Inner Tie rod?  If
not, can they be rebuilt?  If not, does anyone have a good set of later
pitman arms and a later steering arm?  I need to finish the tie rod
assemblies in order to finish the axle.

Second, I need the front bump stops.  Question: Do they work with lowered
suspension?  If they are too big, can they be ground down for clearance?
Those of you that have lowered type 3's, what did you do?
