Thats just a standard aftermarket tach. There never really were any Type 3 tach's... just tach's that were made to fit the hole size, and many of them were actually a mm or 2 off. I havent been able to really scrutinize one of the tach's that have the similar looking numbering style but from everything Ive heard from everyone there are none with a T3 part number.
