I double-checked the microfilm and they list only one fan for all production type 3s, but there is a second fan in there listed for repairs only with a 0.5mm oversize hub. I suspect that this is really an undersize hub to fit a crank that has been ground there. I hope I never run into one of those! This sure makes me wonder what you have there.
