[T3] electrical gremlin in turn signal relay

I'm looking for a little guidance, in case anyone has
ever had this same glitch. First off, it's a 67 with
the 9 prong monster flasher relay.
When I step on the brake pedal, I hear the turn signal
relay click. The lights don't flash, but I can hear
the click. The turn signal fuse blows every few days.
It must be a bare wire, or touching connecters? I've
traced all the wires except the ones from the master
cylinder - I hadn't thought of that! But if you guys
have any other suggestions, I'm open.
