It is just a bar with a couple of slots in it that you pass bolts thru and bolt the bar across the fan hub. The hub has 2 M8 x 1.25 threaded holes in it for this purpose. Then there is a center bolt in the bar that pushes down the center of the fan and presses on the end of the crank. This will slip the fan right off. DO NOT try to pry the fan off.
