Re: [T3] low ride quality; was- [T3] Our new addition

<x-flowed>Brian,

in your car I was mostly impressed by the power, but I have to say that the ride was quite smooth, yet firm (a sports car should be firm, right?). Toby's car felt quite nice as well, good stability and all with his low profile tires, but in the strong crosswinds towards Pendleton (I believe that was where I drove it) Keith's car was wandering quite a bit. I'm guessing his tires had kinda soft sidewalls, I've experienced this myself in my Square. It's almost like floating, like driving a magic carpet :-)

Keith did have his guard up, I suggested to him that he should replace the tires, and he instantly snapped and said somethig like "I'm not going to low profile". So I did what I had planned and suggested he should get some new tires with stiffer side walls, like I did to my car. It makes a world of difference!
