[T3] Theres a pipe coming out of my IAD -- what is it?

...and what gets plugged into it?

I recently took out my engine to adjust the oil cooler and cleaned my gas 
tank (both with the help of list people, thanks) and now I find that it's 
worth taking the time to label things before you drop an engine...go figure.
