<x-flowed>well keith, thanks!  over the winter i am going to raise the torsions up 
one more notch and should get the desired height of 21 inches.  i will 
let you know if this has any effect on handling after i do that.  to go 
with that, the rear tires are getting taller too.  should be a good 
experiment.
