My wife, 12-year-old stepson and I got up around 5:30... Saw about 9-10 "shooting stars," but we live in an apartment complex that is pretty heavily lit, as if it wasn't bad enough with all the light pollution on Long Island... Then we went in. Called my parents up in New Hampshire and they said they were out around 5:30 but didn't see much apart from a couple meteors. I wonder if it didn't turn out quite as big as the "meteorological forecast" said it would? --- Jim Adney <jadney@vwtype3.org> wrote: > Well, it didn't happen for me, either.
