My '63 has lap belts but the outer mounting points are drilled through the
heater channel carpet and floorpan.  The belts are made by a Michigan
company.

According to the factory letter, the '63 has option code M 445 - Canada
Equipment.  A combination, of course.  What codes it consists of, I do not
know.  It does have the options you mentioned above.  Also clear front turn
signals and flashing orange side marker lights.

My letter from Germany also says "M 268 - can not be identified".
