There are a number of differences that make this a poor choice of donor parts. I think the main thing is that the ball joints have a different diameter stub, so I don't THINK they will fit your disk brake parts. The other problem is that these parts are SO old that there is a very good chance that they are more worn than the ones you already have. If you try to use your old torsion arms then you can use your late ball joints, but you may find that the torsion arms are different inside (different lengths.)
