0194233 = Middle of May, 1963 so it's a 1963 model.

I've seen them on eBay.  Yes on the 2nd question, although there are some
slight differences - jets, passages, etc..

Yes, 61-63 = just a "1500".  No S or N, it's basically a mixture of N and S
features, if you are more familiar with the S and N models.

Curved dash, rocker trim only, side marker lights above the beltline, no
hood trim, flat tallights.
