Well my built in September 1964 (65 Notchback) doesn't have any horn grills
at all and the horn was mounted on a bumper bracket with its own seperate
bracket. On my later model 65 squareback front clip, it has 2 horn grill
openings, but it also had a horn bracket mounted off the bumper bracket.
Don't know where this is going though, but it seems that for 1965 they used a
horn bracket outside of the spare tire area.
