[T3] Sealed beams for RHD

Regarding our earlier discussion of sealed beam headlights for RHD cars:

I was just looking at my list of M-numbers and came across this. I'm totally 
guessing that it might apply to sealed beams for England, etc, but I would 
need to check the microfilm to be sure.

This was from the square/notch/fast microfilm:

M 187 HEADLAMP FOR LEFT-HAND TRAFFIC                    311-318,
                                                        361-368

While this was on the T34 microfilm:

M 187 HEADLAMPS FOR LEFT-HAND TRAFFIC
      F             -- 349 500 000                      343-346 NOT FOR USA,
                                                                CANADA
