<x-flowed>Once again, a little reminder.

You can still get new gaskets from the dealers, or at least you should be able to. The gaskets and valve covers were used on the water cooled boxer engines in the Vanagons, and these were sold at least to 1991.

The wasserboxer, as it's commonly known, is a type1 engine converted to water cooling.
