It comes in aluminum, black, and stock manifold grey, if I remember. I would not use POR15 on your exhaust parts. If I get the chance tonight I will go look at the can and tell you the name of it, but you should be able to find it where you buy POR15. Otherwise, ceramic or "Jet-Hot" coating is reccommended, too. My Squareback's whole system, including heater boxes were Jet-Hot coated in 1995, and it still looks new - even right where it bolts to the head! But, ceramic coating can be expensive, too.
