I've seen this several times. If the subject starts with Re: , but 
doesnt have the [T3] in the subject, the [T3] is not added and the posts 
will end up in between the "normal" messages. It's no problem for me, as 
I dont use filters, the [T3] will add up on top when the incoming mails 
are sorted by subject.
