I know you can do the math. ;-) I don't think you'll need a ruler. I just slowly turned the pulley and conted "lobes". If I remember correctly there are 30 total, which leads to 360/30 = 12 deg. per lobe. You should be able to double check this by comparing the three timing notches from TDC.
