	I second (third? fourth?) the bolt suggestion; it's worked 
for me a couple of times.

	For installation, I took a ~6" long piece of aluminum bar 
stock and turned the end on a lathe until it fit nicely inside the 
new bushing.  I just put the new bushing on the end of my little tool 
and drive it in.
