I just went down and measured several of them in my basement. The 
temp down there is 60-65F and they all measured 360-420 Ohms. Their 
resistance goes down as they warm up, but if you're getting 200 Ohms at 60-
70 degrees, then this may be (part of) your problem. I've never had one of 
these go bad, but there's always a first time. If its resistance is too low,
it will 
make the FI run lean.

I will measure the resistance again when I get home tonight, I haven't run
it in two days and the outside temp is about 60.  This should be conclusive
