RE: [T3] once again, the stuck hoodlatch..


Having a helper gently push down on the hood while I pulled the cable used
to work on my '67 Beetle.  Currently in my Square the lever is detached from
the glove box because the cable is very hard to move with the lever.  This
way, I just grab the whole lever assembly and pull and the thing opens right
up.

	On my '71, it sometimes seemed that a push down helped, before
pulling up.

	While pulling the lever down in the glove box on my '71, I could
grab the cable housing under the dash and yank on that, too... that would
help it pop up.
