Summit Racing or Jeg's also have some that are extruded aluminuim tubes with fittings on each end. They've got fins the entire length, and might be useable if you could figure out where to put them. They're designed to be along the frame rail of the car. Obviously, we don't have frame rails, but it might be possible to use a shorter version to help shed some heat somewhere.
