I drove my old 1302S for about 3 or so months with the same problem. I
replaced the seal about 6 times in the end, but never found the reason why
it kept leaking. The clutch just got progressively worse, to the point where
I had to get the RPM's just right before going up a hill otherwise it would
slip badly. After replacing the seal about 6 or so times, the final time I
installed the '4 puck' style clutch which didn't slip at all (because of the
different linings, I can't remember what they are called).

Just make sure you keep it topped up with oil, and watch the leak to make
sure it doesn't get any worse. I would plan on fixing the leak as soon as
you can though, to be on the safe side.
