There's no part #, but there is sometimes a 2 digit number which is the 
offset, which should be a 46 for type 3s.

If you take a straightedge and lay it against the face of the center disk it will 
ride on the humps that center the hubcap. On a type 3 wheel the line defined 
by this straightedge will hit approximately in the lip where the wheel weights 
fasten.
