P-mail me your address and I'll toss it in the mail tomorrow.  You should
have three wires for the switch back in the dash somewhere that have the
small female spade connectors.

I think that is where it mounts.  I just didn't know anything about the
switch since mine is torn out...  So no fan.  :-(
