Good odds that it will be about 90F/32C in mid August, but don't be 
surprised if it's above 100F.  Nights look to be relatively mild, 
with a typical low of below 60F/15C for that time of the year.  Odds 
are good that it will be clear and dry, too.

	I haven't been as far North as Idaho over here on the western 
part of the continent, but my expectation is that it will not be 
particularly humid.  Also, the elevation of the Parma airport is 2228 
feet above sea level, for what it's worth.
