Dave makes an important  point here.... those bolts are #10 hardened,,
however, if they are loosened or unscrewed with ANY amount of force of the
ball joint stud pushing on the Bolt it will round off the threads and ruin
the bolt.  you need to jack up the car by the torsion arm JUST A BIT, its
tricky to tell when the tension is off but basically if you need anything
more than just a little force when backing it out STOP!, lube it and try
raising or lowering the jack a bit.

I reuse the nut... but the washer is often cracked.
