	If it'll cost $25,000 to restore, the difference between a 
purchase price of $180 or $1,800 isn't really that much in the 
end...!  That is, if you're planning to spend $25k, what's an extra 
$1,800?  You can't really estimate the resto cost within 10% anyhow, 
imho.

	Let's hope somebody's crazy enough to snatch it up and restore it!
