Statically you should verify that the resistance varies between infinity and something less than 5 Ohms. > What else should I consider for no start condition, temp sensors and > pressure? First thing to check is that when you turn the key ON, you hear a relay click and then ~1 second later you hear another click. This verifies that the brain has power and ground and that much of the wiring is okay.
