<x-charset iso-8859-1>If you know what you're doing, you can kick them out from the inside as
well.    I've used this technique (with someone to catch the window of
course) on quite a few VWs (t3, bug, bus, whatever).    It was taught to me
by someone who has owned a VW shop for about a zillion years.    Of course,
caution is required.    Start with gentle pressure near the edges with your
foot, but if it is stubborn, you can give it a good whack.    As long as
your foot applies the pressure evenly, breakage seems to be avoided.
