<x-charset iso-8859-1>Maybe with stock muffler and usually gear over the back of the Square if I'm going any distance the noise wouldn't be particularly loud. The Fastback is even quieter. Maybe I should try some earplugs, though Anne might think I'm hinting at something. :-( We drove separately to the last UK show, her in the Square and me in the bay camper - so much more comfortable to sleep in etc. 8 hours at 75mph here would get you to most places in this country. Glad I was never a teenager! I used to go fishing or for a cycle ride instead. No walkmans then to wreck my hearing, but I did go to the Beatles concert in Bournemouth, and that left my ears ringing from the other kids screams. I think we heard the music too, so it must have been pretty loud. :-) Dave.
