[T3] Bad Plug

Hello Guys,

Got on for all of yah,

Why does the plug in Cyl 2 keep fouling? any sugs? I
am lost. I change them about once every 2 weeks. I
pull the wire off the plug during idle and no
difference. I checked the plug for any signs of
burning issues and it is always coconut brown with a
little black. 

What do you guys think?
