It's most likely that the rear parking brake cables haven't released. You can figure out which wheel(s) are at fault by jacking things up and seeing what you can spin. If it's the rears, try flexing the Bowden tube that feeds the parking brake, with the lever released, of course. If that doesn't help, try opening some bleed valves to see if you can release hydraulic pressure somewhere.
