Yes, I get both clicks and the 1second run at ignition.  I tested the
voltage at both relays and it was good.  I could not test it while the
engine was running, since I could not get it to run :)

I did go through some of the major ones, sensors, ground, TVS, Pressure
Sensor, Trigger contacts.

I don't know if this is coincidental but one of the times I was testing
spark I had my Mom (she was over for a visit and my wife was busy) turn the
engine over while I tested the spark.  So I pulled one of the plug wires and
it started right up. Could this be related to the coil?  I get a bluish
orange spark but perhaps I am to fast to blame the FI?
