[T3] All Fixed!

My car is all up and running again. What the problem was, the right carb
wasn't getting any fuel. I found that the new float valve that came with the
rebuild kit wasn't working. I put the original one back in again and it
fired right up! I also put the original back in the left side as well, just
to keep things balanced. I synced up the carbs and now it idles nice and
smooth.
