[T3] '69 to '68 rear window defroster

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I bought one of those cheesy and excruciatingly difficult rear window
defroster kits for $20 from JC Whitney..looks like a nightmare.  But last
week while I was removing a beautiful, original Sapphire radio from a '69
Fastback in the local junk yard, I noticed it had an intact rear window with
a factory defroster.  Any notion if this would fit in a '68 Fastback?  I
know this would probably violate some purists' sense of keeping my ride
original, but I live in Washington State, and Clifford is my daily driver.
I'd rather apologize to Type 3 enthusiasts than back into a tree in my yard.
